Gary has extensive experience as a user of the Decision Mapping® and Predictive Index® tools and processes. He has used these tools to successfully develop and execute strategies to strengthen company performance and generate growth. Application of the Decision Mapping process helped to win programs worth over a billion dollars. Gary used The Predictive Index to successfully expand employment to support new contracts, realizing near 100% retention while growing earnings per employee.

Scott M. Rasmussen – Principal Consultant
Scott is a trained expert in The Predictive Index® Talent Optimization assessments and tools. Scott couples the PI tools with his extensive business experience to help client companies connect their People Strategies to their Business Strategies to realize high levels of employee engagement and bottom-line growth.
Since 2013, Scott has been working with a diverse group of privately held businesses and regional banks coaching owners and senior executives to propel them to their next level of growth.
Previously, Scott started and grew a payroll, insurance and human resource services company from a one-person operation to a synergistic merger with sales of $260 million covering the Upper Midwest. This business building experience had followed a career working as a senior business manager for the largest bank in the state of Wisconsin. Scott has served on numerous private and non-profit boards, including the roles of Board President and Chairman.
